The October 2026 Board Meeting has been moved to Wednesday 14-Oct. The location remains the Staff Lounge at Woodfield E.S., 24200 Woodfield Road 20882, and the time remains as 7:00 PM to 8:45 PM.
Please note that we are expecting to have an open seat on the PCA Board of Directors starting on 14-Oct. Please contact us if you are interested in joining the PCA Board, or simply attend the 14-Oct meeting.
The PCA Board of Directors meets once a month to discuss the needs of the community. The Board manages all property owned by the community, handles finances, communications, reviews applications for property improvement, and inspects our resident's properties to identify any maintenance problems. We are a self-managed home-owners association, meaning that we do not hire a management company to perform any of these tasks.

Here are some news items and local events that may be of interest.
July 2026: A second invoice was issued to try and collect the assessment from delinquent accounts. Accounts that are past due for multiple years are at risk of being sent to the PCA's attorney for collections actions. The PCA offers monthly payment plans, in addition to payment through this website.
- June 2026: The tennis courts were again cleaned, using soft-wash techniques.
- May 16, 2026: The PCA held a Community Party in Club View Park. Thank you to the approximately 40 people who attended. Let us know if you have ideas for future community events.
- October 2025: Wood chips were added to the playground area in Club View Park. 60 cubic yards of wood chips are added every other year.
- Spring 2025: We are having problems with people riding both electric and gas bikes on the grassed areas in the park. This can cause damage in the form of tire ruts.
Please speak to anyone in your household who rides a motorized bike, and ask them to stay off grassed areas in the community.
Please inform the PCA if you can identify anyone who is damaging our parks.
- Aug 2024: The basketball court surface was repaired and sealed. The asphalt path through the park was repaired.
- Oct 2023: Additional wood chips were added to the playground. We use an "engineered wood fiber" product that provides a safer play surface than regular wood chips.

- October 2022: The white rebound box was re-painted on one of the basketball backboards. The second one will be done in the spring.
- May 2021: The vandalized lock on the tennis court gate has been repaired. Please contact the PCA to request addition to the tennis court access list. Access is restricted to PCA residents and their guests. The courts are to be used for tennis and pickleball only.
- October 2020: The two basketball goals in Club View Park were replaced. The new goals are regulation in size and design, except for having Plexiglass instead of glass backboards. They seem to be a popular addition to the park, and the number of players has increased. Open the file in the section below to see the goal replacement process.
- Oct 2019: New Drain, Grading, and Field Repair: A drain has been installed to prevent storm water from entering the tennis court. Soil has been added along the walking path so there are no longer any steep drop-offs. Field damage from the tennis court upgrades has been repaired, but the grass is not yet well established.
- 2018-2019 Tennis Court Renovation: Renovations to our two tennis courts in Club View Park were started in the fall of 2018 when a stone dust overlay was applied, and new layers of asphalt were laid down. Wet weather delayed the completion of the repairs until spring, but the courts were completed in July 2019. One of the courts contains additional lines for playing pickleball, a newer game that uses a smaller court and a different racket and ball. Contact the PCA to obtain the access code for the court gate.
