Welcome to the New PCA Payment Page

Pay for your annual assessment, for rental of park facilities, or for a re-sale package.  

The PCA now accepts on-line payment of your annual assessment, using this website page.  Paying here is just an option -- the PCA is still mailing invoices to all residents, and you still can mail us a check in the return envelope we send to you.  The payment deadline each year is January 31.  

Another option for paying your assessment is to use a bank's on-line payment service, if your bank account provides that service.  

If you would like to use the PCA's on-line payment option, just look down this page, and click on the appropriate payment button.  There is one payment button for detached-house properties, and another for town-house properties.  

Please note that a 2.9% payment processing fee will be added to your on-line transaction.  The PCA does not receive the fee -- it goes to the payment processor.  Please also note that the PCA will not receive your credit card number -- it goes only to our payment processor, which is PayPal (www.paypal.com).  

If you would like to make partial payments to your account, please call or e-mail the PCA first to discuss the plan.  We will then e-mail you a link to a customized invoice and payment button, and you will be able to select your payment amount.  If you would prefer to use a paper-based payment plan, we will be happy to mail you a payment plan, and payment stubs you can mail in with your payments.

2019 - Detached House Annual Assessment

Pay for your annual home-owner's assessment; for owners of detached-house properties.  The additional $5.45 payment processing fee goes to our credit card processor.

Pay Park Use Fee

$20.00

($0.91 shipping)

Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

Use this payment button to pay the $20 fee for using the Club View Park athletic field.  A 2.9% ($0.91) processing fee is included.  


Select this payment option only after you have received an approved park use application.  Contact the PCA for more information.
